EHR is a collection of patient and population health information stored in digital format, where the patient's record data is connected to the company's network or other information networks for information exchange. EHR includes demographic data, health history, medications and allergies, immunization status, laboratory test results, radiology images, vital signs, and personal patient statistics such as age, weight, and billing information.
