Description
ACI Phase 3 is an enhancement project from the earlier ACI initiatives, focusing on strengthening the security of assessment and testing processes. This phase also introduced a recap feature for the procurement workflow, covering the full process from requests to scheduling, thereby digitizing and streamlining procurement activities within the assessment ecosystem.

Problem
After two earlier phases, the assessment and testing process still had security gaps, and procurement - requests through scheduling - remained manual, slowing the whole assessment ecosystem.
My Decisions
- → Set technical direction first: coding standards, best practices, and an architecture validated for scalability, performance, and security before scaling the team
- → Chose a lean modern stack - React + Vite frontend with Golang services - for a fast, secure enhancement phase
- → Ran code reviews and mentoring as the main quality lever - raising team competency instead of patching work individually
Solution
Security enhancements across the assessment and testing process, plus a procurement recap feature covering request-to-scheduling - digitizing the workflow end to end.
