Description
LMS is a digital platform developed to streamline and digitalize the employee leave request and approval process at PT. Padepokan Tujuh Sembilan. The system supports three main roles: Talent (employee), Supervisor, and HR. Talents can request leave according to their quota, which is first reviewed by their respective Supervisors. Upon Supervisor approval, the request is then escalated to HR for final approval. The system was built to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing employee leave processes.
