  • Led the frontend development team, ensuring smooth collaboration with backend developers and project managers
  • Guided the setup of Progressive Web Application (PWA) using Next-PWA
  • Reviewed and integrated API endpoints from the backend team
  • Performed code reviews, debugging, and bug fixes to maintain quality and stability
  • Coordinated team adaptation to new company policies and managed member transitions during development
