Description
Talent HUB Capability Management is an internal HR-tech platform module designed to establish a Single Source of Truth (SSoT) for all capability-related master data across the organization. The system centralizes technologies, tools, skills, competencies, roles, and positions that were previously fragmented across spreadsheets and siloed systems. It implements a structured SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) competency framework combined with Bloom's Taxonomy for cognitive proficiency levels, enabling standardized talent assessment and workforce planning. The module features a formal Maker-Checker-Signer approval workflow powered by Camunda BPMN to govern all master data changes, as well as automated synchronization to downstream HR services. Built as a Next.js frontend with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design, it serves as the foundational data layer for a broader suite of talent management modules including Talent Experience, Talent Allocation, and Assessment Center.

Responsibilities
- • Designed and implemented Clean Architecture with Domain-Driven Design patterns across domain, application, infrastructure, and presentation layers
- • Authored comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), data dictionary, and API specification
- • Architected the SFIA-based competency framework with Bloom's Taxonomy proficiency mapping and multi-level role composition system
- • Designed and implemented the Maker-Checker-Signer approval workflow using Camunda BPMN for governed master data lifecycle management
- • Built the full master data management UI covering Categories, Technologies, Tools, Skills, Competencies, Roles, and Positions
- • Defined the physical database schema with full audit trails, soft-delete, and status lifecycle (Draft → Published → Archived)
- • Designed the downstream synchronization engine for pushing master data to the Talent Experience service
